Company HistoryHomeMaster's, Inc. has been providing customer service related construction services for some of the largest single family home builders in Southern California since its incorporation in 2001. We began by performing "pick-up" and "punch list" work for homeowners who recently moved into their new homes and needed the final touches completed before signing off on homes. Interacting directly with individual homeowners on a daily basis and under a variety of circumstances this construction-related work included: drywall patching, cabinet structure repair, painting, electrical, plumbing, framing, moldings, doors, window, insulation, flooring and cosmetic material repairs of vinyl, wood, fiberglass and porcelain. After several years working with home builders HomeMaster's, Inc. took these skills to the property insurance field, helping policy holders restore their properties to their pre-loss condition. We first did referral work through mitigation companies and direct vendors like Servpro, Service Masters, and Carpet One. After building a reputation of providing excellent customer service we were able to become part of the Alacrity Services Contractor Network and join the Allstate Insurance Company Vendor program. Over the past several years we have completed close to 200 reconstruction jobs for Allstate Insurance, and many more, indirectly, for other large insurance companies. This gives us the ability to better serve insurance company customers who have experienced a loss to their property due to fire or water. We have honed our ability to get the jobs done quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest level of quality. We have also learned the proper way to communicate with the insured about their loss, answering questions about the work we will do and referring questions about coverage to the adjuster. Most of our services are provided "in-house" to better control quality and costs. Finally, we operate our business with the highest level of honesty and integrity. We will never overcharge for our services or try to "sell" our customers work that is not part of the scope of work. Our goal is to develop long term relationships and we feel that the best way to do that is to be honest and forthright in dealing with our customers. |
