Installations

Our customer service related construction services have their history in working with some of the largest single family home builders in Southern California, putting the finishing touches on new homes whose owners have recently moved in.

This "pick-up" and "punch list" work was needed for homeowners to sign off on homes. We interacted with homeowners on a daily basis and in a variety of circumstances. This construction-related work included: drywall patching, cabinet structure repair, painting, electrical, plumbing, framing, moldings, doors, window, insulation, flooring and cosmetic material repairs of vinyl, wood, fiberglass and porcelain.

Re-Construction

Over the past several years we have completed close to 200 reconstruction jobs for Allstate Insurance, and many more, indirectly, for other large insurance companies. This gives us the ability to better serve insurance company customers who have experienced a loss to their property due to fire or water. We have honed our ability to get the jobs done quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Estimate Checking

HomeMasters, Inc. uses the same estimating methods and software that major Insurance carriers do. Our extensive disaster reconstruction experience gives us the ability to communicate with you about your loss and your insurance coverage. For a small consulting fee you can have peace of mind, knowing that the insurance estimate you've received from your adjuster is correct.
